How is your physical shape? What do you do to keep in shape?
i like to kayak, jog, ride dirtbikes, hiking is always fun. i don't think fishing counts 'cause we normally bring beer. i think i read somewhere that having sex for 30 minutes is a great cardio work out, but you have to do that everyday.
